  • Salesforce is a powerful tool. If you’ve chosen it as your CRM, it has the potential to be foundational for your business, but the decisions you make early on will have a big impact down the road.

    I can help you develop a scalable CRM strategy while avoiding common pitfalls. This may include data model design, implementation roadmap, sales & service process optimization, and initial phases of salesforce implementation.

  • ALIGNMENT

    Often, the primary blockers to effective action are a lack of internal alignment. When your whole self is working towards the same vision, it’s a lot easier to take decisive steps towards your goals.

    What are the stories and emotions that are shaping your relationship to your business? What wisdom is there? What is ready to be let go? What new narratives do you want to craft in their place?

    ACTION & ITERATION

    I am a big believer in an experiment-based approach to getting things done. Failure is as powerful as success when you view it through a lens of curiosity.

    We’ll work together to craft a plan and then pay attention what roadblocks get in the way. What needs to change about your own practices, narratives, or goals to make your vision come alive?

I have been optimizing business processes for 8 years. As a solutions architect and business systems analyst, I am focused on bridging the gap between technology systems and business goals.

I have worked with 30+ organizations ranging from 1-5,000 employees, including non-profits and for-profits, and encompassing both B2B and B2C business models.

I love complex problems and I’m always learning new things. My career has been one of constant growth and change, spanning from biological engineering at MIT, to career coaching, to running adult education programs, to managing the sales technology team at Yelp.

I have a deep personal interest in how to live wisely and joyfully. I am endlessly curious about the intersection between health, food, authentic human connection, movement, and nature. If your business focuses on these areas, I would love to work with you.
